Group Quality Supervisor - Oregon - LCSW Required

Job Summary

Conduct routine audits of all team members to ensure care aligns with best practices and monitor client satisfaction scores. Manage a team of ~15 Group Facilitators by scheduling 1:1 meetings, facilitating group supervision, and responding to asynchronous communication. Review group data to inform strategic decisions on team performance and dynamics while collaborating with partner departments on care delivery. Facilitate groups weekly and complete documentation within 24 hours, ensuring all facilitators access training resources through partnership with Clinician Experience. Participate in leadership meetings to contribute to strategic decision-making and maintain professional ethics regarding boundaries and confidentiality.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in mental health
  • Independently licensed mental health professional
  • Previous people management experience managing teams >5 full-time equivalents
  • LCSW in Oregon
  • Must be located in Oregon
  • Experience working with a wide range of ages, including children, teens, young adults, and adults clients
  • Experience in conducting group treatment
  • Flexible schedule to prioritize the needs of the clients with standard hours being Monday - Friday from 10:00 am MST - 7:00 pm MST and occasional Saturday coverage
  • Reliable WIFI connection
  • Familiarity with and willingness to use cloud-based communication software—Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox
  • Familiarity with and willingness to use cloud-based communication software—Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox, Salesforce
  • Familiarity with and willingness to use EMR and outcomes survey software
  • Licensed mental health professional
  • Experience in a variety of modalities and feel confident integrating them into a relational treatment approach (DBT, CBT, TF-CBT, and MI)
  • Work authorized in the United States
  • Native or bilingual English proficiency
