Group Quality Supervisor

Job Summary
Group Quality Supervisor oversees a large team of Group Facilitators delivering psycho-educational groups. Responsibilities include audits of team performance, driving data-based decisions, collaborating with Care Strategy and Care Delivery, monitoring client satisfaction and audit scores, ensuring access to world-class training, facilitating groups weekly, and completing documentation within 24 hours. Requires a Master’s degree in mental health or related field, active licensure as a mental health professional, and experience managing independent contractors. The role is a full-time, W2 position with flexible hours aligned to peak group times (10:00 am MST–7:00 pm MST, Monday–Friday, with occasional evening and Saturday groups) and is remote with potential hybrid considerations for proximity to Charlie Health offices. Proficiency with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR and outcomes survey software, and English language proficiency are required.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in mental health or related field required
- Licensed mental health professional required
- Experience managing Independent Contractors required
- Experience working with a wide range of ages including children, teens, young adults, and adults
- Experience in conducting group treatment required
- Flexible schedule with standard hours 10:00 am MST - 7:00 pm MST Monday through Friday; occasional Saturday coverage
- Reliable WIFI connection when meeting with clients required
- Familiarity with cloud-based communication software—Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox—and EMR and outcomes survey software on a daily basis required
- Work authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency
- Familiarity with Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox, Salesforce—alongside EMR and survey software
