Job Summary
Drive and own the Quality roadmap by delivering high quality customer-driven software products while initiating technology, product, and process improvements throughout the software delivery lifecycle. Provide technical leadership and manage performance and objectives of all reporting staff to build a high-performing organization. Advocate for the customer by developing product expertise and driving initiatives that improve testing and deliver automation. Strong candidates will possess at least 16 years of software development or delivery experience, with a focus on automation solutions and Agile methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 16+ years of hands on software development and/or delivery experience
- 5+ years of delivery experience with Agile software development methodologies
- Solid experience in Object-Oriented Design and programming concepts in Java or other languages
- Solid understanding of SaaS, technology, industry wide testing tools/services
- Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- 7-10+ years technical management experience of software engineering teams
- 5+ years of experience in delivering automation & C2D solutions with open source tools
- Strong business acumen
- Experience leading positive change
- Adept at articulating the quality vision
