Manages complex programs consisting of multiple projects with high visibility and aggressive schedules to achieve business objectives. Leads program planning, risk management, budgeting, and quality assurance activities using standard project management methodologies. Requires broad technology knowledge and leadership to balance stakeholder needs and deliver business technology solutions. Success is measured by effective risk mitigation, budget adherence, schedule management, and quality of deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field
- 7 years of related work experience
- PMI PMP certification (Preferred)
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting
- Strong communication and executive leadership skills
- Knowledge of risk management and quality management
- Program Management and Project Management proficiency
- SharePoint experience (Preferred)
