Job Summary
Direct communications and lead project/program oversight for complex, high-visibility initiatives with aggressive schedules. Manage program scope, facilitate meetings, identify and communicate risks with mitigation strategies to senior leadership, define and adjust schedules to improve delivery efficiency, lead budgeting processes including estimates, funding procurement, forecasting, and variance reporting, and establish/enforce quality standards to ensure deliverables meet business needs and processes. Requires broad technology knowledge and leadership to balance stakeholder needs and deliver business technology solutions; success measured by risk mitigation, budget adherence, schedule management, and quality of deliverables. Travel is required; location is Overland Park, KS. Education: Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years of related experience; PMP preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) (Preferred)
- Experience with SharePoint (Preferred)
- More than 10 years Formal project management work experience (Preferred)
