Group Product Manager - Transportation

Job Summary
Lead a transportation product group spanning multiple domains (transportation management, route planning/optimization, driver/vehicle technologies) within World Courier's GDATS organization. Own and co-define the vision and multi-year roadmap for each domain, coach Product Owners, and ensure alignment with the overall transportation strategy. Drive cross-domain collaboration, manage dependencies, enable high-quality delivery, and partner with Architecture, Engineering, Cyber, and Data teams to ensure secure, globally scalable solutions. Focus areas include AI-enabled route optimization, predictive disruption mitigation, integrated airfreight carrier integrations, time- and temperature-controlled logistics technologies, reusable asset tracking, and lifecycle management. Work with Transportation Operations leadership and regional stakeholders to translate execution needs into configurable products, balance investment with platform health, and realize measurable improvements in routing efficiency and operational performance through AI-enabled capabilities. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale transportation, logistics, or supply-chain technology products in complex, global, regulated environments
- Experience leading multiple product teams or product groups, including managing or mentoring Product Owners or Product Managers
- Experience working in matrixed, peer-based leadership environments
- Strong functional understanding of Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and route optimization platforms
- Demonstrated experience incorporating AI, optimization, or advanced analytics into operational products
- Ability to align roadmaps and deliver measurable business outcomes across multiple product domains
- Excellent collaboration with Operations, Quality, regional stakeholders, and vendors
