Job Summary
Group Product Manager (Remote) responsible for mentoring other PMs and owning the Advanced Ads product, driving strategy, growth, and end-to-end execution; build an outcome-driven Product Operating Model; align with Engineering, Design, and Growth to ensure features are adopted and monetized; conduct continuous discovery to uncover publishers' pain points and prioritize roadmaps based on ROI and customer impact; lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver value and drive business outcomes across MonetizeMore's ad-management platform for 150,000+ websites.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Product Management experience
- 3+ years leading or mentoring other Product Managers
- Experience in Ad tech, SaaS, or WordPress ecosystem is a plus
