Job Summary
Group Product Manager to lead a team of Product Managers and own a portfolio of enterprise AI solutions in production. You will operate in a highly ambiguous, fast-paced environment, deeply understand customer needs, identify the right problems to solve, and lead your team in building solutions that deliver meaningful business value. You’ll own end-to-end ownership, shape opportunities, drive execution, and scale successful solutions across one or more enterprise customers. You will mentor and develop Product Managers, collaborate with customers and internal teams (engineering, AI, GTM), and balance speed with long-term scalability and quality.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years leading Product Managers, in high-growth or complex environments
- Experience managing strong PMs, setting direction while empowering ownership and independent decision-making
- Ability to operate in ambiguity, define problems, and lead teams in building new solutions from early stages to production
- Proven track record of driving products or systems from concept to real-world impact, balancing speed, quality, and scalability
- Experience working on complex systems and with enterprise customers, navigating competing needs and constraints
- Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills, working closely with engineering, AI, GTM, and customers
