Job Summary
Group Product Manager (Lead) at Energy Worldnet leads the strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for an assigned product portfolio, while coaching a small pod of Product Managers/Associate Product Managers. This AI-native product leader role requires balancing strategic ownership with developing product talent, conducting customer discovery and market insight, and driving outcomes across Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support. The position emphasizes leadership in AI-enabled product management, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management, with onsite collaboration and relocation to the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent practical experience), 5+ years of product management experience, and the ability to navigate Agile environments. Visa sponsorship is not supported. The location is hybrid with onsite and remote days, and relocation assistance is not provided.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Five (5)+ years of product management experience
- Experience coaching/mentoring/managing Product Managers and/or Associate Product Managers
- Proven track record of delivering measurable customer and business outcomes through product leadership
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, and go-to-market functions
- Strong customer discovery, prioritization, and strategic thinking capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level communication
- Ability to influence stakeholders and lead through ambiguity
- Experience working within Agile product development environments

- Familiarity with regulatory environments and compliance-driven software products (preferred)
- SaaS business model experience (preferred)
- Oil & Gas or Energy industry experience (preferred)
