Group Product Manager, Financial Services

Group Product Manager for Financial Services responsible for a portfolio including savings, lending, remittances, and infrastructure. Lead the PMs who own these products, setting strategy, prioritization, and enabling technically sound, user-accessible solutions across multi-market, multi-product environments. Own product research standards, cross-functional alignment with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and finance, and define/hold teams to product metrics with data-driven decision making. Represent Financial Services at the leadership level to contribute to company-wide strategy and tradeoffs in emerging markets. Bring 10+ years in product management with at least 3 years leading other PMs, deep experience in financial product design, and a track record of owning outcomes across multiple workstreams. Influence and develop PM talent, operate across functions and geographies, and navigate ambiguity at scale.
