Group Product Manager — Digital Asset Management

Job Summary
Group Product Manager at Bynder leads a team of product professionals to shape the future of how enterprises manage, govern, and activate digital assets. Defines and executes strategy across core DAM capabilities—from asset ingestion and metadata architecture to rights management, workflow, and content distribution. Collaborates with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to drive development, launch, and adoption. Interfaces with enterprise customers and stakeholders to surface needs, validate direction, and build conviction around the roadmap. Represents the product externally with analysts, partners, and prospects. This senior leadership role requires domain fluency in DAM and adjacent content operations, understanding of AI technologies, and the ability to drive adoption at enterprise scale.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in DAM, CMS, or adjacent content operations platforms (PIM, MRM, Brand Management, Creative Workflow)
- 2+ years managing and growing a team of product managers or product owners
- Fluency in the martech ecosystem with a strong understanding of DXPs and systems integrations in the context of how Digital Asset Management co-exists alongside CMS, PIM, and creative tooling
- Experience managing products at different lifecycle stages and taking products to market with a good understanding of packaging and field and customer enablement
- Strong cross-functional leadership and the ability to drive alignment across engineering, go-to-market, and executive stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable in customer conversations and analyst briefings alike
