Job Summary
Group Product Manager for Data & Analytics at 1upHealth will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of data and analytics capabilities across the platform, driving scalable, compliant, and useful solutions for customers. You will lead cross-functional efforts with engineering, design, and customer-success teams to transform healthcare data (FHIR, claims, clinical) into actionable insights, establish KPIs, and ensure interoperability and security (HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST). The role emphasizes building SaaS data products, partnering with stakeholders to embed analytics into customer-facing products and internal performance tracking, and exploring AI/ML integrations.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience with at least 5 years focused on data, analytics, or BI platforms, ideally in healthcare technology
- Proven ability to deliver data and analytics products in a SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7, claims, clinical) and interoperability frameworks
- Experience working with payers, providers, or healthcare technology vendors
- Expertise in agile methodologies, backlog management, and leading cross-functional product execution
- Boston-based or able to work in Eastern Time Zone hours
