Job Summary
Group Product Manager Cloud leads a team of Product Managers to own the Cloud portfolio (Public Cloud, VPS, Cloud Storage, Kubernetes, Database-as-a-Service, VMware Cloud) with a data-driven multi-year strategy, roadmap, and profitable growth. Responsibilities include domain leadership, cross-functional prioritization, driving pricing/packaging/product-led growth, ensuring product-market fit, optimizing cost/infrastructure ROI, supporting deals and sales channels, and building partnerships. The role emphasizes collaboration with engineering, sales, operations, partners, and customers, along with ensuring regulatory and security standards compliance and a seamless customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 5+ years in Cloud or infrastructure services
- 2+ years of experience leading Product Managers or equivalent leadership responsibilities
- Proven track record of driving product growth and delivering strong results
- Strong technical affinity and understanding of public and private cloud platforms
- Strategic thinker with ability to connect customer needs with scalable platform solutions
- Strong commercial judgement, stakeholder influence, and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity and balancing trade-offs
- Experience in fast-paced, iterative product development environments
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
