Job Summary
Own the product vision, strategy, and execution for Bureau's core Fraud & Risk product line, specifically Device Intelligence and Behavioral Biometrics. Drive the roadmap by defining multi-year strategies, making prioritization decisions, and collaborating with Engineering, Data Science, and Design to deliver from discovery through launch. Serve as the voice of the customer by engaging with stakeholders to translate market needs and emerging fraud patterns into actionable initiatives. Enable Go-To-Market success by partnering with Sales and Marketing to define pricing, packaging, and collateral for both the Indian market and international regions. Establish key metrics to measure performance and drive adoption, leveraging data-driven insights to inform future product decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6-10 years of hands-on product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience building and owning technical B2B products such as APIs, SDKs, data platforms, risk engines, decisioning systems, or developer-facing SaaS products
- Strong understanding of integration design and developer experience, including documentation, sandbox environments, versioning, backward compatibility, data contracts, and implementation workflows
- Ability to work deeply with Engineering and Data Science teams on technical trade-offs around latency, reliability, scalability, security, and ease of customer adoption
- Proven ability to simplify complex technical products into seamless customer implementation journeys, reducing integration effort while improving product adoption and long-term scalability
- Experience building products in device fingerprinting, behavioral biometrics, account takeover (ATO) prevention, or closely related fraud detection technologies
- Fluency in the language of modern fraud prevention
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
- Comfort working with large data, defining metrics, identifying patterns and anomalies, and using data to drive product decisions
- Experience in Machine Learning models
