Job Summary
Group President of Sales leads wholesale, retail, and e-commerce sales across multiple channels and brands. Responsible for developing and implementing plans to grow existing accounts and cultivate new ones, aligning product development and manufacturing strengths with market trends. Directly reports to the CEO, mentors heads of sales divisions, negotiates contracts, drives annual and strategic planning, and identifies opportunities for profitable growth including licensing partnerships and brand acquisitions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of senior sales management experience
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (highly preferred)
- Proven ability to drive innovation across multiple channels, brands, and consumer segments
- Strong financial acumen and P&L management experience
- Experience leading sales teams with targets across revenue, accounts, inventory, and gross margin
- Established relationships with wholesale apparel retailers and department stores
- Ability to translate strategy into practical action and build a scalable sales organization
- Experience in fast-paced, growing, less structured company environments
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies for existing and new retailer customers
- Experience with licensing partnerships and brand acquisitions
