Group Performance Lead

Lead daily manufacturing operations to safely deliver customer requirements while achieving performance targets in Safety, Quality, Service, Cost, Productivity, and Employee Development. Execute the production schedule, balance labor and equipment constraints, and monitor key performance indicators including yield, run rate, and OEE. Direct Team Performance Leaders and production personnel through coaching, performance management, and training plans for Operators and Setup Technicians. Champion Lean Manufacturing and 6S, leading root cause investigations for safety, quality, and downtime issues while partnering with Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality to drive sustainable improvements. Manage labor utilization and operational spending within budget, maintaining a strong presence on the floor to solve problems and support execution.
