Job Summary
Group People & Culture Business Analyst role focusing on front-line operational insight and continuous service improvement of HR systems, including Workday enhancements, translating requirements into system/process solutions, and driving change adoption. You’ll lead requirements discovery and analysis, translate stakeholder needs into clear specifications, document end-to-end HR processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure well-governed, value-generating outcomes. The role emphasizes turning complexity into simple, user-centered improvements, training guidance to support adoption, and leveraging AI in day-to-day analysis. This is a 12-month fixed-term position based in Auckland, NZ, with relocation and immigration support available.
