Job Summary
End-to-end payroll management across multiple entities within a fast-paced events agency, ensuring accurate, on-time pay for a high-volume, project-driven workforce. Responsibilities include processing salaries, overtime, bonuses, and deductions; maintaining data integrity; ensuring HMRC compliance (PAYE, NI, pensions) and RTI/year-end reporting; liaising with external payroll bureau, auditors, pension providers, and tax authorities; coordinating benefits and international payroll where applicable; optimizing payroll systems and collaborating with HR to ensure accurate data flow; managing high-volume payroll cycles for casual/temporary staff and supporting system upgrades.
