Job Summary
Group Operations Manager in the Horowhenua Region responsible for Levin and Otaki ambulance stations. Focus on staff management and support, incident management, and enabling efficient provision of emergency services. Role requires leading teams in a high-pressure environment, developing and guiding staff, and coordinating frontline personnel, volunteers, and relief staff. The position is permanent, 40 hours per week, with flexible hours and access to a response pool car. Training to First Responder level can be provided if needed; previous clinical or ambulance background is not essential. Strong communication, leadership, and a commitment to positive change are essential to support personnel in health and emergency services.
