Group Operations Manager overseeing frontline personnel and volunteers across Tararua Region stations (Pahiatua, Dannevirke, Feilding, Eketahuna, Pongaroa) with a focus on staff management, incident management, and operational support to enable effective Emergency Ambulance services; role emphasizes leadership, people development, high-pressure decision making, and coordinating clinical backup as needed; 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility in hours and days and access to a response-capable vehicle; training provided to First Responder level if required.
