Job Summary
Build a high-performance marketing team by recruiting, selecting, and developing top talent while ensuring alignment of annual performance objectives. Set strategic direction for downstream defibrillation therapies by formulating comprehensive business plans, including integrated marketing and commercialization strategies, and oversee their execution through tailored tactics. Manage the annual operational budget, direct the use of marketing science tools for market analysis, and identify franchise business development opportunities to maximize sales potential. Remove market barriers and solve project issues by leveraging industry experience to foster continuous improvement and navigate organizational matrices. Develop and facilitate relationships with internal and external stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree (Business, Engineering, Science, Healthcare/Biomedical)
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience planning and managing product launches
- Track record of success leading cross-functionally and with global partners to develop plans, strategies, and tools to maximize sales potential
- Demonstrated experience developing and giving presentations to internal and external customers including sales teams, physicians, cardiovascular service line administrators, and executives
- Willingness to travel up to 20% (potentially including internationally)

- Advanced degree (Masters/MBA)
- Medical device or pharmaceutical marketing experience
