Job Summary
ESP Associates, Inc. is seeking a Group Manager for Stormwater and Capital Improvement Projects with a BS in Civil Engineering, PE registration, and 10+ years of experience to lead their Water Resources team in Wilmington, NC.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) or related engineering degree
- Professional Engineer (PE) Registration in North Carolina
- 10+ years of professional engineering design and project management experience
- A strong background in Stormwater and Capital Improvement Projects
- Demonstrated experience working in a multidisciplinary environment
- Experience working with local codes, ordinances and public agency standards
- Ability to liaise with public sector clients

- Excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
- Experience with developing and following a formalized QA/QC program
