Job Summary
Manage client relationships, sales activities, and opportunity pipelines to achieve bookings and long-term group growth. Develop the group's annual operating plan, budget, and vision while meeting key focus indicator goals and driving improvement initiatives. Lead staff recruitment, development, and retention through performance appraisals, IDPs, and succession planning. Oversee project delivery, ensuring budgets, schedules, and quality management system requirements are met. Serve as a senior advisor and QC reviewer, approving quality plans and managing contract negotiations. Coordinate work sharing with other groups and practices to synchronize with practice initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in applicable engineering field
- 10+ years of experience with emphasis in technical design, project management, personnel leadership, and management, and organizational leadership
- Proven track record of client service, relationship building, sales, and technical project delivery
- Professional Engineering License in the State(s) served by the group or the ability to acquire required licensure within 6 months
