Job Summary
Group Manager of Civil Engineering to oversee engineering operations in the Dayton, OH office, including workload allocation, training and supervision of technical staff, maintaining and growing client relationships, preparing proposals and executing new contracts, managing project schedules and budgets, ensuring technical quality and regulatory compliance, supervising staff output, forecasting workload, and applying advanced techniques while collaborating with internal teams and external clients/vendors. Requires BS Civil Engineering, PE license, 8+ years design experience in site development, 4+ years of technical staff management, business development experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and Autodesk Civil 3D proficiency.

- 8+ years of design experience related to site development
- 4+ years management of technical staff
- Experience in business development and client interaction
