Job Summary
Define the strategy and roadmap for business systems, workflow optimization, and process design across Sales and Support organizations. Design and optimize end-to-end business workflows by identifying friction points and establishing scalable solutions that improve how work moves across teams. Partner with Product, Engineering, Technology, and Operations teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions and drive alignment on technology investments. Lead initiatives to modernize business processes through automation, AI-enabled solutions, and workflow innovation while coaching a high-performing team focused on business systems and journey orchestration.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience leading business systems, process improvement, workflow management, transformation, business architecture, or related functions
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Demonstrated success designing and improving business processes across complex, cross-functional organizations
- Strong understanding of workflow optimization, business systems strategy, business process design, and organizational effectiveness
- Experience partnering across business and technical organizations to deliver measurable outcomes
- Proven ability to influence collaborators and drive alignment across multiple teams and functions
- Strong communication, analytical, and executive collaborator management skills
- Experience demonstrating technology, automation, and AI-enabled solutions to improve business performance
