Group Manager 3

Oversees Weld, Machining, and Assembly value streams as the South Milwaukee Operations Manager, leading a group of Section Managers and Team Leads to drive improvements in a dynamic three-shift environment. Accountable for budgets, resource allocation, staffing strategies, and relentless execution of PQVC initiatives, while managing staffing, development, performance management, and safety for both management and hourly associates. Drives production scheduling, quality control, and regulatory compliance to ensure safe, efficient operations and optimal use of resources. Signals manufacturing safety expertise, operations knowledge, and leadership capabilities to develop and motivate the operations team toward continuous improvement and operational excellence.
