Job Summary
The Group Learning Project Manager will design and manage learning solutions, analyze skill development needs, and develop learning materials such as e-learning modules and presentations. The role involves collaborating with internal experts, external partners, and supporting HR teams in program deployment. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience along with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of training principles, and proficiency with learning tools.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree: business school, Sciences Po, communication or engineering school
- 5 years minimum of experience, ideally in a consulting firm or a project-driven corporate environment
- Strong understanding of training and skill development principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to turn ideas into concrete learning solutions
- Strong interest in business topics (retail, asset management...)
- Team player, collaborative, agile mindset
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency with learning tools: LMS, authoring tools, graphic design
- Fluent in English, a second language is a plus
