Job Summary
Group Leader responsible for building and leading an elite peer community of senior executives. Curate and execute programs (summits, regional dinners, small group discussions, calls) that add value to members and their businesses, manage member relationships, collaborate with the Member Services Associate, and facilitate connections among members both in-person and virtually. Develop agendas and themes, recruit guests, and foster active participation and insightful communication to grow the membership and generate additional revenue-enabled services through the World 50 Group platform.
Required Qualifications
- Executive-Level Relationship Management: Proven experience in client relationship management, specifically interacting with and advising C-level and senior functional executives
- Business Development & Growth: Experience driving revenue and growth through retention, acquisition, and upselling additional services
- Expert Facilitation: Ability to confidently command and facilitate both live and virtual rooms, encouraging active participation and knowledge sharing among high-level peers
- Start-up experience a plus
- Strong communication, editorial skills, and ability to create insightful summaries from conversations
- Emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate diverse workplace cultures
- Strategic program development: planning agendas, guests, and themes for high-impact member events
- Ability to build and manage a small team of shared resources in a fast-paced environment
- Credibility and confidence in engaging with C-level executives as an equal
- Event planning and program execution across in-person and virtual formats
- Member engagement, retention, and growth strategies
- Revenue-generation services development and cross-sell opportunities
