Job Summary
The Group Leader for the SACC Program will supervise a group of up to 13 school-aged children from grades K1 to 5, ensuring their physical and emotional safety. Responsibilities include assisting with homework, planning and implementing a diverse curriculum, and organizing daily activities. The candidate should have at least one year of experience working with school-aged children, meet all EEC licensing requirements, and possess a high school diploma, with preference for an Associates degree or college credits.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience with a minimum of 1-year experience working with school age children
- Must meet all EEC licensing requirements for Group Leader
- Must be dependable and trust-worthy
- Must be compassionate and sensitive to the needs of children, parents, and coworkers
