Job Summary
Manage the daily supervision and safety of neurodiverse children with special needs, including implementing age-appropriate activity schedules and providing individualized therapeutic interventions. Lead youth workers in planning programs, maintain monthly progress notes and Medicaid billing sheets, and document unusual behaviors on ABC sheets. Ensure youth workers remain engaged with children at all times while fostering accountability for the health and safety of the group. Keep inventory of supplies and equipment, and communicate behavioral or physical concerns to the Assistant Director. Work Mon-Fri, 2pm-6pm as a part-time role reporting directly to Marianna Albines.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Commonpoint role
- Previous experience with neurodiverse individuals
- BA in a related field
