Job Summary
Design and facilitate age-appropriate, thematic-based lesson plans and activities for middle school, high school, and adult participants. Prepare welcoming learning environments, ensure participant safety through close supervision, and build positive relationships to serve as role models. Work collaboratively with specialists to implement programs covering music, visual arts, sports, and college readiness. Assist with enrollment, record daily attendance, and inspect facilities and supplies before and after each session. Monday–Friday evenings (6pm–11pm) and Saturday/Sunday afternoons (3pm–11pm), aligned with program needs. Requires high school diploma or GED, two years of experience with youth in diverse urban settings, and relevant skills in arts, sports, or recreation. Background checks, fingerprint clearance, and health certificates are mandatory.
Required Qualifications

- experience in a racially, ethically, and socio-emotionally diverse urban community
- Minimum of two years work-related skill, knowledge, or experience

Desired Qualifications
