Job Summary
Lead the shift team to deliver Safety, Quality, Cost, Production, and Engagement results by analyzing line data and prioritizing loss elimination with the line trio and team leaders. Develop and implement operation standards, train Equipment Owners and associates on these standards and FI tools, and ensure full compliance with safety, quality, and food safety protocols. Coach production associates on performance, support skill matrix qualifications, and manage equipment owner assessments while maintaining schedule compliance and centerline completion.
