Job Summary
Lead and develop a high-performing analytical testing team for molecular, immune-, and separation-science assays; oversee day-to-day testing operations, ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance, collaborate cross-functionally to align testing strategies with program milestones, and drive continuous improvement leveraging automation and digital tools (ELN-Benchling). On-site in Boston, MA, Monday–Friday 8am–5pm; fully onsite with no relocation support; requires US work authorization without sponsorship; responsibilities include capacity planning, method troubleshooting, and managing a team of 5+ associates/scientists.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in lab sciences such as Chemistry, Biochemistry, Material Science, Immunology, Biology, Molecular Biology or similar OR equivalent combination of education/training/experience
- 8+ years of related experience (or 6+ years with Masters, or 4+ years with PhD) or equivalent
