Group leader

Lead the operation of the back end of the manufacturing line by coordinating workload and staffing with the Manufacturing Supervisor based on product priority. Ensure work meets Jabil standards, minimize changeover times and excess floor materials, and verify accurate documentation availability. Inform employees of deviations, track production deadlines, and ensure all personnel are trained, certified, and performing assigned functions. Motivate line members through direct feedback, review relevant policies, and enforce safety rules and security procedures. Strive for continuous improvement across all areas of responsibility.
