Job Summary
Group Leader – assist in implementing program policies, supervise and coach youth in a school-age program with a 1:13 staff-to-child ratio; maintain attendance and records, participate in curriculum planning, ensure safety and confidentiality, support daily activities and family case management, and uphold CTI values in a part-time role.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Have a Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree and 3 months experience working with school age children; or Have a high school diploma or equivalent; and have 6 months experience including 3 months supervised experience at a school age child care program; or Have nine months experience with school age children including three months supervised experience at a school age child care program.
