Job Summary
Group Leader - Braze Trainer leads and supervises a small team of braze trainers, guiding braze training initiatives and ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. Responsibilities include maintaining currency in manual brazing, developing and enforcing Standard Work, evaluating trainer and brazing performance, fostering career development, promoting lean culture (5S, value stream tools, visual factory), coaching for high performance, and coordinating with Team Leaders to build a cohesive team focused on safety, quality, and delivery. Requires 4+ years in manual brazing, 2+ years as a braze trainer, servant-leadership mindset, proven leadership and communication skills, familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel, and flexibility to work extended hours to support training needs. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in manual brazing
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a braze trainer
- Clear understanding of servant leadership and the capability to be a servant first
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to influence and inspire others to meet goals
- Strong communication of goals, strategy and vision; ability to resolve issues; team-oriented
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel; basic computer proficiency
