Job Summary
Manage daily activities for 20+ employees to meet production and shipping dates while maintaining quality and safety standards. Lead teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, directing work to ensure productivity and efficiency. Coordinate with other manufacturing teams to prioritize and close out orders, enforce plant rules, and implement LEAN manufacturing philosophies. Plan and provide training on processes and equipment to maintain a safe working environment. This role requires 2-3 years of manufacturing experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work overtime.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Clear English communication skills (oral and written)
- Must be computer literate
- Ability to train others
- Must be able to have reliable transportation
- Must be able to work overtime as required
