Job Summary
Group Leader supervises associates in warehouse operations, coordinates manpower, equipment, and inventory to meet daily productivity targets, enforces safety and standard work procedures, drives continuous improvement, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and supports Lean initiatives while maintaining 5S organization.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2-3 years of warehouse experience
- 2-3 years of leadership or management experience
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, safety, and quality standards
- Ability to lead teams and drive accountability in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must be able to pass a drug screening
