Job Summary
Implement and maintain a standard training plan, scheduling and delivering ongoing education and refreshers for all Care Group roles. Coordinate onboarding for new hires and lead focused trainings on documentation, billing, EHR workflows, and company software. Own the daily coverage plan, managing PTO, call-outs, and backfill to maintain safe operations while monitoring schedule health and minimizing service disruptions. Run micro-trainings and coaching huddles to raise efficiency, collaborate with regional leadership on field processes, and address performance gaps through coaching or escalation. Monitor staff productivity metrics and identify training opportunities to ensure clinicians and support staff perform at expected levels.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years in a healthcare setting with demonstrated experience in training and education and staffing
- Must be able to work flexible hours and travel between offices, facilities, etc
- Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organizational requirements and is in good working order
- Must be able to read and communicate effectively
- Ability to manage and demonstrate effective leadership skills
Desired Qualifications
- Clinical experience as a Medical Assistant or higher preferred
- Leadership experience in field/community operations a plus
