Job Summary
Full-time 1st shift Vendor Relations Group Leader for a distribution center in Fort Worth. Leads a group of associates, trains new associates on department procedures, retrains as needed, monitors performance, identifies and corrects errors, maintains safe and efficient operating procedures, reports discrepancies, communicates with supervisors and other leads, coordinates paperwork, and handles/addresses minor process issues while ensuring adherence to safety standards and processing requirements. Requires High School Diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old, distribution center/retail experience, and familiarity with WMS-Manhattan & PMMS. Offers a structured leadership role with focus on productivity, accuracy, training, and process optimization. Virtual interview protections are noted in the description.
