Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• •High School diploma or equivalent
• •Demonstrated leadership skills
• •Three (3) years manufacturing experience
• •preference in equipment assembly or high speed equipment operation
• •Sufficient reading and writing ability to follow work order instructions and prepare simple production reports
• •Basic math skills
• •Sufficient Manual dexterity to operate machines properly
• •Sufficient visual acuity (corrected) to read instructions, operate machines, and visually inspect parts products
• •Physical ability to do work requiring frequent stooping and bending
• •Physical strength sufficient to lift and carry up to 25 pounds frequently
• •Utilizing knowledge of ISO14000 & TS16949
• •Respect work hours
• •support production goals and time-tables
• •which may require overtime
• •Ensure all daily production activities are thoroughly communicated to Supervisors
• •May be required to perform tasks associated with troubleshooting product quality and performance
• •Maintain the production line in a safe, neat, clean and organized environment
• •Assist as needed on the production line
• •All production, scrap, and down time reports are completed properly and timely
• •Product and/or component dimensions are checked via in-process inspection check sheets with use of various indicators and gauges as described in procedures or work instructions
• •Equipment is monitored for unusual sounds, movements or appearance that may indicate problems
• •Addresses any abnormalities
• •Changing of simple parts and fixtures to facilitate changeover of product types
• •Visually and manually check for defects in product or workmanship
• •Recording of process equipment settings and conditions using equipment verification check sheets
• •Shift/s available: D shift (Monday through Thursday) 5:30 a.m. to 4:10 p.m.
