Job Summary
Provide daily direction for the team by leading required daily meetings, meeting production schedules, and solving root causes for potential disruptions. Orient and train members in production processes while maintaining standard work requirements. Appropriately escalate issues to the supervisor and support team goals in safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Communicate production, safety, and quality issues and provide regular progress reports. Requires blueprint reading skills, precision measuring tool proficiency, and strong computer skills for spreadsheets and word processing. Full-time direct hire with Monday through Thursday shifts from 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to perform multiple tasks and priorities
- Computer skills (spreadsheets, word processing, etc.)
- Full Time / Direct Hire
- Monday - Thursday availability
- 5:00PM - 3:30 AM shift availability
