Job Summary
Support the Group IT Security Manager in developing an effective Cyber Security program and drive high-priority IT and OT projects to successful delivery. Design and implement secure architectures and controls for on-premises and cloud environments while assessing systems, applications, and third parties to identify potential risks. Create security reports with key performance and risk indicators, collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure security by design, and communicate risks to stakeholders. Foster a culture of security awareness and maintain policies and procedures. Requires a Master's or Bachelor's degree in relevant fields, four years of international cyber security experience, and fluency in Italian and English. Location: Verona.
Required Qualifications
- Master/Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Computer Science, Information Security or Engineering
- +4 years of prior relevant experience in the Cyber Security field gained working in international environments or consulting firms
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Experience with security by design methodologies, security architectures and solutions as well as security on Cloud environments (IaaS, PaaS and SaaS)
- Experience with security frameworks, such as NIST CSF, NIST SP 800-53, ISO 27001, ISO 22301 and risk management
- Familiarity with security tools and technologies, such as NGFW, IDS/IPS, WAF, Web Content Filters, Anti-SPAM, AV/XDR, SIEM
- Fluent in Italian and English
