Job Summary
Group IT & Digital Director for SUNOTEC, based in Sofia, Bulgaria, responsible for defining technology vision, enterprise IT strategy, and end-to-end ownership of the Group IT & Digital function. Lead transformation initiatives across multiple countries, govern technology governance and enterprise architecture, modernize the application landscape (including SAP and Procore), strengthen cybersecurity, build an IT organization aligned with growth, and establish data governance, reporting standards, and BI capabilities. Manage strategic technology vendors and build high-performing international IT teams while advising executive leadership on technology strategy and investments.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of leadership experience across IT, Digital Transformation and Enterprise Systems
- Proven track record of leading complex technology transformation programmes in international organisations
- Strong people leadership and team development capabilities
- Experience with SAP implementations, integrations and enterprise application ecosystems
- Experience connecting ERP platforms with operational, project management and reporting systems
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud technologies and enterprise architecture
- Experience building technology governance, operating models and high-performing teams
- The ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate business priorities into technology strategy
