Job Summary
Manage an established client portfolio by conducting client presentations, prospecting calls, and proposals while maintaining up-to-date client files. Develop new business opportunities through follow-ups with insurers and market analysis, collaborating closely with Financial Analysts during renewals to establish optimal terms. Build strong relationships with internal and external partners by participating in professional events to expand your network and stay informed on market trends. Maintain thoroughness in responding to client needs and highlighting service value. Requires 5 years of group insurance experience, French proficiency, and hybrid work schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Group Insurance field and/or any other relevant experience in a related field
- Proficiency in French
Desired Qualifications
- Group insurance of persons license issued by the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF)
- A bachelor's degree
- Hold the LLQP designation
- Demonstrates strong understanding and analytical capability in proposal development, pricing, and insurer negotiation processes
- Proficiency with the EPIC software
