Job Summary
Deliver comprehensive physical education, skill-based training, and strength and conditioning programs for local schools in Ohio. Provide professional instruction in each class while adapting to various fitness levels to create a safe, enjoyable experience. Monitor and track student progress based on the school's curriculum and requirements. Ensure student safety and provide ongoing motivation and support. Attend weekly and monthly 1:1 meetings. Work Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. GYMGUYZ is the global leader in location-based fitness, providing convenient, customized workouts in client-chosen settings.
Required Qualifications
- CPR/AED certification
- Previous experience working with youth sports preferred
- Nationally recognized personal training or Group Instructor certification (e.g., ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM) preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition a plus
- Team player or collaborative with others
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
