Job Summary
Deliver physical education, skill-based training, and strength and conditioning programs for a local school in San Antonio; adapt instruction to various fitness levels to create a safe, enjoyable, and encouraging experience; provide professional instruction in each class with a focus on customer service; monitor and track student progress based on school curriculum; attend weekly and monthly 1:1 meetings; travel and work flexible hours; indoor and outdoor environments; uniforms and equipment provided; receive ongoing support from our team of fitness professionals; benefits include opportunities for advancement and training opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- CPR/AED certification
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
- Demonstrated knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition
- Team player or collaborative with others
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Nationally recognized personal training or Group Instructor certification (e.g., ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM) preferred
- Experience delivering physical education, skill-based training, and strength and conditioning programs (preferred)
