Group HSE Manager - Advanced Facilities Group

Job Summary

Develop and enforce safety policies, procedures, and training programs for the Advanced Facilities Group. Interface with project management, local clinics, and key partners to align injury management philosophies and prepare safety management plans. Conduct on-site audits, compile divisional safety records, and develop metrics reports for site inspections and non-conformances. Lead OSHA and MSHA interfaces, manage subcontractor safety programs, and support strategic safety planning efforts. Review RFQ packages for safety-related cost impacts and oversee injury case management. Perform site visits while wearing full personal protective equipment and work various shifts including swing, night, and weekends.

Required Qualifications

  • 15 years in a leadership position managing self-perform safety programs in construction
  • CHST
  • OSHA, MSHA, First-aid/ CPR-AED instructor capabilities
  • Proficient use of all Microsoft Office Suite programs
  • Ability to wear personal protective equipment
  • Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures
  • Will work various shifts, including swing, night and weekend

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • CSP
  • NCCER Safety Trainer
