Job Summary
Group Housing Coordinator responsible for processing group reservations via phone/fax/mail, determining appropriate room type and rate availability, explaining guarantees and cancellation policies, accommodating special requests, assisting VIP reservations, and inputting data into reservation systems. Role includes managing and revising group room blocks and rooming lists, setting up billing accounts per Accounting policies, ensuring accuracy of reservations, and maintaining professional client service and clear communication with various departments. Requires at least 1 year of related hospitality experience and a high school diploma or GED.
