Job Summary

Serve as the housing and billing contact for hotel group guests from pre-arrival through departure, delivering service aligned with brand guidelines. Handle reservation requests, changes, and cancellations via phone, fax, or mail; determine appropriate room type and rate, verify availability, and explain guarantees, special rates, and cancellation policies. Document and accommodate special requests, set up and manage billing accounts (shared billing, room/tax/incidentals, tax-exempt, direct/special billing, and group bookings), and prepare, review, and issue bills and account statements following company procedures. Collaborate with multiple departments and external entities to ensure successful group blocks from pre-arrival to final bill, maintain confidentiality, adhere to SOPs/LSOPs, and uphold professional communication and service standards. Maintain accuracy in written documents, verify information across formats, and contribute to a positive working environment by supporting team goals and ensuring compliance with safety and security policies. Maintain physical capabilities for required movement (lifting up to 10 pounds) and perform other duties as assigned by Supervisors.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred)
  • Less than 1-year related work experience (preferred)
  • No supervisory experience (preferred)
  • License or Certification: None (preferred)
